Isonzo

The mountains of the Italian Front are now home for World War One. It is stunning and equally deadly. Inspired by the two year fight for control over the Isonzo river valley and Alps in World War One, Isonzo elevates its place in the WW1 Games Series, figuratively and physically.

The new mode for playing offensive allows you to be in the middle of key historical offensives that took place on the Italian Front and lets you lead the charge across stunning Italian landscapes in the fight, or prepare your defense on dynamic battlefields.

All items are recreated using in-field research, such as the uniforms, as well as the massive arsenal of guns. It is possible to blow your adversaries away with artillery, mortars and air support , or go on them with the bayonet. Make sure you are aware of poison gas…
